Follow Greg and his crew as they venture deep into wild and remote places in search of stories from the past. Their mission is to remind people that these wild places are not just great pictures for social media. They're museums, containing the history of our planet, and the history of us.

Greg Aiello is an professional adventurer with an accomplished career in production, mountain guiding and cinematography. Greg grew up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California near Yosemite National Park. At an early age, Greg went to work in the television industry as writer/producer for local broadcast affiliates across the country. After winning three Emmys, Greg decided to nurture his deepest passion – his love for the outdoors. He left the industry to become a professional mountain guide specializing in long-duration trips, even winning National Geographic’s Best Trip Award. Today, combining his experience in both television and adventure guiding, Greg is known best for his role as the endearing host of ABC’s “Motion with Greg Aiello” and PBS’s “Outside with Greg Aiello. Returning once again to his roots, Greg hopes to bring epic adventure and history to the screen.
Greg teamed up with the award winning outdoor adventure film makers at Outmersive Films. They're known for filming in remote locations under challenging conditions, and also for their ability to utilize motion graphics to bring historical photos to life.
Together Greg and his crew are excited for this new outdoor adventure. They hope this new show series will help others grow a whole new sense of appreciation for wild places.
